Preparing you for the childbirth experience...we want you to be as informed and confident as possible for your labor and childbirth experience!
You will learn about the process of labor and birth, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort skills, the use of medications and anesthesia and more.
This class is taught by a certified childbirth educatior and will be held over 2 days (Friday, March 22nd from 6:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday, March 23rd from 9:30am - 1:30pm) in the Allen Conference room of the Founder's Conference Center on 3 West of the EMH Elyria Medical Center.
You will receive a confirmation and bill in the mail. We request that payment be made by phone or by mailing a check or money order to the EMH Cashier prior to the class; information is provided in your confirmation.
Please bring a pillow and a blanket with you to class. Refreshments are not offered with this class, but feel free to bring your own.
