At the Center for Health and Fitness, we offer over 125 group exercise classes per week to choose from, and have classes suitable for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you choose from our Les Mills classes such as BODYPUMP, BODYVIVE, or BODYATTACK, try the Latin inspired Zumba or Zumba Gold, cycle away with Spinning, let your stress go with yoga, or partake in our studio and warm water therapy pool based certified arthritis classes, there is something for eveyone.
