Within the EMH Avon Health Campus stands the premier medically-based fitness center in Northeast Ohio.
Degreed and certified fitness instructors are available to work with members and can tailor a workout to any fitness level. Along with the top-of-the-line cardio and strength equipment, the Center offers free weights, two indoor pools, indoor racquetball and basketball courts, outdoor tennis and sand volleyball courts, a full-sized gym along with both an indoor and an outdoor track.
More than 125 group classes are offered at no additional charge to members, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, BODYPUMPTM, BODYATTACKTM, spinning, kickboxing and water aerobics.
The EMH Center for Health & Fitness has been named the "Best Fitness Center" in West Shore's live well Magazine Best of the West awards the past three years.

Child care is provided on-site by certified caregivers, so parents can feel comfortable during their workout or spa visit that their children are safe and having a great time.

The Center also offers a comprehensive weight management program called "Enlighten". This program is a personalized approach to weight loss, utilizing the expertise of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, certified diabetes educator, a dietician and other health care professionals to help you reach your goals. A full membership to the EMH Center for Health & Fitness is included in the program, along with a trainer to guide your progress.
