If you have questions or need assistance with your bill, we have Patient Account Representatives to assist you.  They furnish information, make payment arrangements and help you resolve billing problems.

By phone:

• Call our Customer Service Representatives at 440.329.7833.

• Normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In person:

• You may meet with a representative at the hospital during normal business hours.
• Representatives are located at the EMH Elyria Medical Center next to the Cashier in the main lobby at 630 East River Street, Elyria, Ohio, 44035.
