Messages are delivered to patients Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Messages submitted online after 5:00 p.m. will be delivered the following business day.  As well, any messages received after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be delivered the following Monday.

UH Elyria Medical Center is not responsible for mailing messages received after a patient has been discharged from the hospital.
