The EMH Elyria Medical Center is the cornerstone of the EMH Healthcare, which is comprised of three main campuses: the Medical Center in Elyria; EMH Amherst Campus; and The EMH Center for Health & Fitness in Avon. 

Together with multiple physician offices and health-specialty centers, the EMH Healthcare serves the healthcare and fitness needs of greater Lorain and western Cuyahoga Counties.
